1/2 c lime juice
1/4 c cider vinegar
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp dried oregano
1 T. dried coriander
2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
8 bone in chicken breast halves
1/4 c vegetable oil
In a large ziplock bag combine everything except chicken and oil and mix well. Add chicken, turn to coat and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Discard marinade. IN a skillet brown chicken in oil. Transfer to a baking pan and bake uncovered at 375 for 30-35 minutes.

I used boneless skinless chicken tenders and Pam cooking spray instead of the oil. I did brown the chicken and then put in the oven for about 20 minutes. You could even skip the step of browning the chicken and just put it straight in the oven.
