We have a crazy on the go week this week so I needed alot of quick meals.
Sunday- Rotissery chicken (precooked), mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts
Monday- Chili/biscuits for the kids, Thai Tuna Wraps for my small group potluck
Tuesday- Spaghetti, french rolls and salad
Wednesday- Chicken & rice and veggies
Thursday- Beef roast in the crockpot, mashed potatoes and veggies
Friday- Homemade pizza
Saturday- the kids are going to my parents overnight. I am heading to Seattle to have dinner at the Melting Pot with my best friend for my birthday YEAH!
I will be making Thai Beef salad and Chicken/Rice soup to have for my lunches this week.
